Employee Welfare and Empowerment

We are committed to prioritizing the well-being of our employees by creating a safe, non-discriminatory, inclusive work environment and implementing best health and safety practices. We also engage in social innovation programs aimed at creating social value and shared value for stakeholders through four pillars of development: the social development pillar (including SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5), the economic development pillar (including SDGs 7, 8, 9, 10, and 17), the environmental development pillar (including SDGs 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15), as well as the legal and governance development pillar (including SDG 16). This aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

  • ● SDG 1: No poverty
  • ● SDG 3: Good health and well-being
  • ● SDG 4: Quality education
  • ● SDG 5: Gender equality
  • ● SDG 6: Clean water and sanitation
  • ● SDG 10: Reduced inequalities
  • ● SDG 17: Partnerships for the goals

Synergy in Community Building

To provide a safe and productive work environment, we ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety standards in all business units with a target of zero fatalities. In supporting community development, we aim for more than two million people to directly benefit from social investment programs, and two cement plants to achieve a “Co-Ownership Acceptance” level based on the Social License Index measurement.

In the field of education, we have initiated the Enterprise-based Vocational Education (EVE) program, which has been running since 2005. EVE is a 3-year educational scholarship for each intake, featuring a polytechnic curriculum leading to a Diploma III (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Concentration in Cement Industry Engineering from the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ).
