The flat floor work for the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) project at GIIC - Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java, took place from September 2020 to May 2021. The project involved PT HEIN Indonesia as the main contractor, with subcontractors such as Takenaka, IRS Construction, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, and Eljindo. PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa was entrusted to provide solutions for the industrial floor with FM 3 flat floor specifications.

The flat floor project for IKEA Bandung in Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Java, was carried out in 2020. The project was owned by IKEA Indonesia, with PT Total Bangun Persada as the main contractor and PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa as the floor subcontractor. PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa was selected through a tender to supply a floor with FF 35 flat floor specifications, ensuring high-quality standards to meet the project’s needs.

Cold Storage PT Sukanda Djaya
The flat floor work for Diamond Cold Storage at the MM2100 Industrial Estate, Bekasi, began on September 20, 2022, with completion expected by March 2023. This project, owned by PT Sukanda Djaya, involves PT Tokyu Construction Indonesia with consulting by PT Indoswissatama. With FM2 and FM3 flat floor specifications, ApexCrete, Laser Screed, and the Big Panel method were employed to ensure high-quality flooring.
