A Japanese citizen, he obtained a Master of Engineering degree from
Kyoto University, Japan.

On May 31, 2024, Mr Shinji Fukami was appointed as a Commissioner of
PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

Currently, he also serves as Director and Senior Executive Officer,
Senior General Manager of the International Business Division at
Taiheiyo Cement Corporation.

Previously, he held the position of Managing Executive Officer and
General Manager of the Environmental Business Development Department
at Taiheiyo Cement Corporation.
