Revitalization of Senayan Area Pedestrian Path
In 2018, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa carried out a pedestrian revitalization project in the Senayan area, including sidewalks and complementary buildings on Jl. Gerbang Pemuda, Central Jakarta. The project utilized ThruCrete, a porous concrete that absorbs water runoff, supporting an eco-friendly jogging and pedestrian path. As part of the preparation for the 2018 Asian Games, the project strengthened the infrastructure of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) area with sustainable solutions.
Revitalization of Sports Field at TNI AD headquarters, Gambir, Central Jakarta
In 2020, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa worked on the revitalization of the sports field at the Army Headquarters, Central Jakarta, to overcome frequent rainwater puddles. The project aimed to improve the comfort and functionality of the field, especially during the rainy season. The solution used was ThruCrete as drainage under the artificial turf, keeping the field dry, functional and comfortable to use.
Revitalization of Green Open Space
Since 2021, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa has become a ThruCrete supplier for the revitalization of Green Open Spaces (RTH) in 12 locations in DKI Jakarta, including RTH Lubang Buaya and Taman Kenanga Cilandak Timur. The project, managed by the DKI Jakarta Parks and Urban Forest Agency, uses environmentally friendly porous concrete. The team ensured preparation by briefing the main contractor, preparing equipment, and using mixer trucks and MiniMix for road access.
