Human Capital, Legal & Corporate Affairs Director

An Indonesian citizen, obtained his Bachelor degree of Accounting from Jenderal Soedirman University. He also holds a Master of Management from Gadjah Mada University.

On 18 February 2022, Mr. Ony Suprihartono was appointed as the Director of Human Capital, Legal & Corporate Affairs of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). Previously, he served as:

  • Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero)
  • Commissioner of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)
  • Head of Planning, Organization, and Personnel Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of SOEs
  • Member of the Board of Trustees of Perum Jamkrindo
  • Commissioner of PT Jasa Raharja Putera
  • Chairman of the Regional Pension Fund Board of Trustees of PT Pengusahaan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam
  • Finance Director of PT Pengusahaan Daerah Industri Pulau Batam
