Jakarta, December 1, 2025 \u2013 PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk's (\u201cSolusi Bangun Indonesia\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d) commitment to responsible and sustainable industry practices was recognized at the end of 2025 with a Silver Rating and Commendation Award at the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating Awards 2025 in Nusa Dua, Bali, on November 28, 2025.<\/p>\n

The Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASSRAT) 2025 is organized by the National Center for Corporate Reporting (NCCR) in collaboration with the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners, to award ratings for the quality of sustainability reports that are considered transparent, comprehensive, and refer to international standards, particularly the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.<\/p>\n

At ASRRAT 2025, which was attended by 82 organizations and companies, Solusi Bangun Indonesia achieved a Silver Rating in the In Accordance category for its fulfillment of sustainability performance disclosure based on GRI Standards and through an assurance process by an independent external institution.<\/p>\n

Ali Darwin, Executive Director of NCCR, expressed his appreciation to the companies that participated in this event. \u201cThis award is given to companies that have successfully integrated sustainability into their business strategies. Responsible business practices such as these are an important element in creating long-term success and supporting improved social welfare,\u201d said Ali Darwin.<\/p>\n

Not only that, on November 25, 2025, in Jakarta, Solusi Bangun Indonesia also won the Top 100 Indonesia award with a Gold Alignment rating from La Tofi ESG Rating. This award was given in recognition of the Company's success in mapping ESG risks, developing measurable sustainability strategies, and implementing various programs such as decarbonization, co-processing, occupational health and safety (K3), post-mining rehabilitation, and community empowerment.<\/p>\n
