Revitalization of Pedestrian Pathways
in the Senayan Area

In 2018, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa carried out the revitalization of pedestrian pathways in the Senayan area, including sidewalks and ancillary buildings on Jl. Gerbang Pemuda, Central Jakarta. This project utilized ThruCrete, a porous concrete that absorbs runoff water, supporting environmentally friendly jogging and walking paths. As part of preparations for the 2018 Asian Games, this project strengthened the infrastructure of the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) area with sustainable solutions.

Revitalization of Sports Field at the Indonesian
Army Headquarters, Gambir, Central Jakarta



In 2020, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa undertook the revitalization of the sports field at the Indonesian Army Headquarters (Mabes TNI AD) in Central Jakarta to address frequent rainwater puddles. The project aimed to improve the comfort and functionality of the field, particularly during the rainy season. The solution used was ThruCrete as drainage beneath the synthetic turf, ensuring the field remained dry, functional, and comfortable for use.

Revitalization of Green Open Spaces

 

Since 2021, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa has been the supplier of ThruCrete for the revitalization of Green Open Spaces (RTH) in 12 locations across DKI Jakarta, including RTH Lubang Buaya and Kenanga Park in Cilandak Timur. This project, managed by the DKI Jakarta Parks and City Forest Service, used environmentally friendly porous concrete. The team ensured the preparation by briefing the main contractor, providing equipment, and using mixer trucks and MiniMix for road access.
