Jakarta, November 1, 2025 – PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (“Solusi Bangun Indonesia/the Company”) recorded positive performance in the third quarter of 2025, with a profit for the period of Rp474.5 billion, an increase of 12.3% compared to the same period last year. Consistency and discipline in implementing efficiency programs and managing operating costs were key to strengthening the Company's fundamentals amid a contracting market.
Acting President Director of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, Asruddin, said that this achievement demonstrates the resilience of the company's business strategy, which continues to focus on efficiency and innovation. “This achievement reflects the effectiveness of the strategic steps we have taken to improve operational efficiency and commercial transformation in order to remain competitive and continue to be the choice of our customers,” said Asruddin.
Although the Company's revenue declined by 9.9% to IDR 7.8 trillion, the efficiency measures implemented by the Company helped reduce cost of revenue by 12.8% and contributed to a 2.1% increase in gross profit to IDR 1.7 trillion compared to the same period last year.

Inisiatif seperti pemanfaatan bahan bakar alternatif, automasi dan digitalisasi pada proses produksi, optimalisasi energi surya, serta penerapan teknologi Hydrogen Rich Gas (HRG) di Pabrik Narogong - yang merupakan penerapan pertama di Asia Tenggara - menjadi langkah nyata dalam menekan emisi dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi.
By September 2025, 45% of SIG's subsidiary's revenue will be contributed by sustainable products and services. In addition to producing and marketing Dynamix and Semen Andalas cement, the Company also encourages the use of cement derivative products, namely innovative value-added concrete as an efficient and environmentally friendly construction solution.
Throughout 2025, the Company's value-added products and solutions have been used in both private and national strategic projects. The super flat or precision flooring solution (ApexCrete) from Solusi Bangun Indonesia has been used in the construction of padel sports facilities, which are currently popular among the public in Surabaya, Tangerang, and South Jakarta.
Di sektor infrastruktur, kontribusi Perusahaan hadir melalui proyek Tol Porong - Pandaan, perbaikan jalan di Boyolali, serta pengembangan Dermaga Kalibaru tahap 1B. Keterlibatan dalam proyek-proyek ini mencerminkan penguatan portofolio solusi berkelanjutan yang mendukung kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
