Jakarta, March 30, 2026 – PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (“Solusi Bangun Indonesia” / the “Company”) reported its financial performance amidst a slowdown in the national cement market. Based on data from the Indonesian Cement Association (ASPERSSI), throughout 2025, national cement production volume was recorded to have decreased by approximately 4.5%, dropping from 67.8 million tons to 64.7 million tons. In line with this, domestic cement sales also declined by around 1.5%.

This slowdown was driven by weakening consumer purchasing power, high rainfall that delayed construction activities, and the slowdown of several infrastructure projects. Meanwhile, the national cement industry also continues to face the challenge of production overcapacity, thereby intensifying competition in the domestic market.

Responding to the 2025 business landscape, the President Director of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk, Rizki Kresno Edhie Hambali, stated that 2025 served as a momentum for transformation in synergy with SIG, as the parent company, to strengthen resilience amidst industry pressures.

As part of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), Solusi Bangun Indonesia implemented a transformation strategy focused on optimizing operational excellence, improving marketing and sales management, as well as cost efficiency programs across various lines to maintain fundamentals and profitability amidst industry pressures. operational excellence, peningkatan pengelolaan pemasaran dan penjualan, serta program efisiensi biaya di berbagai lini untuk menjaga fundamental dan profitabilitas di tengah tekanan industri.

This transformation strategy, consistently executed since the second half of 2025, helped Solusi Bangun Indonesia record cement and clinker sales volumes of 12.1 million tons and revenues of Rp10.7 trillion. Cost of revenues was recorded at Rp8.32 trillion, EBITDA reached Rp1.87 trillion, and profit for the period reached Rp659 billion.

Furthermore, Rizki Kresno Edhie Hambali explained that the disciplined efficiency program contributed to a 34.8% reduction in finance costs compared to the previous year. The strengthening of the capital structure and the acceleration of loan repayments demonstrate the Company's resilience in maintaining a healthy balance sheet and liquidity.

Rizki Kresno Edhie Hambali added that, in synergy with SIG, Solusi Bangun Indonesia is optimistic about maintaining its growth momentum through a number of strategic initiatives and innovations. One of these strategic steps is the development project of a jetty and production facilities for cement export in Tuban, East Java, which is part of the Company's strategic partnership with Taiheiyo Cement Corporation.

“This facility, with an export capacity of 500 thousand to 1 million tons of cement, is targeted to commence operations by mid-2026,” stated Rizki Kresno.
