Jakarta, August 12, 2025 – PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (the Company), a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (Meeting) on ​​Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The Meeting's decision was to approve changes to the Company's management composition as follows:

  1. Confirming the resignation of Yohanes Surya, as Independent Commissioner of the Company, effective from May 27, 2025.

    2. Honorable dismissal:
    a) Prijo Sambodo as Main Commissioner/Independent Commissioner,
    b) Herudi Kandau as Commissioner,
    c) Asri Mukhtar as President Director,
    d) Soni Asrul Sani as Director, and
    e) Ony Suprihartono as Director.

    3. Appoint:
    a) Fadlansyah Lubis as President Commissioner,

    c) Agnes Marcellina Tjhin as Independent Commissioner,

This project, part of the Company's strategic collaboration with Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, targets the ability to meet export demand of up to one million tons of cement per year for the United States market.
