Jakarta, 28 November 2024 – As one of the issuers committed to upholding Good Corporate Governance practices, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SBI) has been recognized among the Top 50 Mid-Capitalization Public Listed Companies and received the award for “Best Responsibility of the Board – Mid Cap” at the 15th Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) Corporate Governance Conference and Award, held in Jakarta on 25 November 2024.
The IICD Corporate Governance Award is an annual event that acknowledges Indonesian public companies implementing best practices in corporate governance. The award evaluates adherence to key principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in company management, as well as the role of the Board of Directors in creating long-term sustainable value for all stakeholders.
In his opening remarks, IICD Chairman Rudiantara expressed appreciation to the awarded companies. “We congratulate the winners who have implemented sound corporate governance practices. We hope this recognition will encourage companies to continue strengthening their governance and inspire others to follow suit,” said Rudiantara.
