Jakarta, December 5, 2025 – PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (“Solusi Bangun Indonesia/the Company”), a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SIG), held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) on Friday, December 5, 2025. One of the decisions made at the Meeting was to approve changes to the Company's management structure as follows:
- Confirming Ainul Yaqin's resignation, effective October 17, 2025.
- Appointing Rizki Kresno Edhie Hambali as President Director of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk.
Based on the Meeting's resolutions, the following is the new composition of the Company's management:

Other Meeting Decisions
The meeting also approved the addition of new business activities in the field of Oil and Natural Gas Mining Support Activities. Based on the results of a feasibility study that has been conducted, the Company will expand the scope of its integrated hazardous and non-hazardous waste management services, ranging from waste collection at customer sites to its utilization as raw materials and alternative fuels, particularly from the oil and gas mining industry.
This step is part of ongoing business diversification efforts, as well as strengthening Solusi Bangun Indonesia's position in the national waste management ecosystem, in line with the Company's strategic role in implementing a circular economy and reducing emissions.
In addition, the Meeting also approved the granting of power and authority to the Company's Board of Directors, with the right of substitution, to draft and restate amendments to the Articles of Association in accordance with the Meeting's decision, particularly in relation to adjustments to the objectives and purposes of business activities.
