Jakarta, October 1, 2025 – PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk's (“Solusi Bangun Indonesia/the Company”) commitment to implementing social programs that are oriented towards real impact and focused on community welfare through targeted, relevant, and locally-based initiatives has led to the Company receiving two 2025 CSR & Sustainable Village Development Awards.

This year, Solusi Bangun Indonesia won the Gold Category Award for the Cilacap Factory for the Baruwani Circular Hub Collaborative Space program, which was received by the General Manager of the Cilacap Factory (Central Java), Moch. Anwar Bakti, and a Silver Category Award for the Lhoknga Factory (Aceh – operated by a subsidiary, PT Solusi Bangun Andalas), for the Young Coconut Waste for Prosperous Villages (Sakeladera) program, which was received by General Affairs & Community Relations Manager, Tafaul Rijal.

In his speech at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, on September 30, 2025, the Minister of Villages and Disadvantaged Regions (DPDT), Yandri Susanto, expressed his hope that the CSR & Sustainable Village Development Awards would inspire many parties.

“Goodness will never bring decline to villages in Indonesia. Corporate social responsibility plays an important role in development, especially in promoting inclusive and environmentally friendly economic growth,” said Yandri Susanto.

The 2025 CSR & Sustainable Village Development Awards are organized by the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration and the Indonesian Social Sustainability Forum (ISSF) to recognize and motivate companies' contributions to sustainable village development. Awards in various categories, such as Gold, Silver, Excellent, and Outstanding, are given to companies and non-governmental organizations that have integrated corporate contributions into sustainable village development and raised awareness of the importance of community empowerment programs.

President Director of Solusi Bangun Indonesia, Ainul Yaqin, expressed his appreciation for the two awards received by the Cilacap Plant and the Lhoknga Plant. Ainul Yaqin emphasized the strategic role of collaboration between the Company and the communities surrounding its operational areas.

“Our focus at Solusi Bangun Indonesia is not only on reducing carbon emissions in the production process, but also on expanding the positive social impact of applying sustainability principles across all business processes and supply chains. To optimize this positive impact, close collaboration is needed to ensure that each program is relevant to the needs of the community and the environment,” said Ainul Yaqin.

Through the Baruwani Circular Hub Collaborative Space program in Cilacap, Central Java, and the Coconut Waste for Prosperous Villages program in Lampuuk, Aceh Besar, the Company encourages social innovation that integrates the circular economy, community empowerment, and environmentally friendly solutions based on local potential. This commitment is also reflected in the achievements of the Cilacap and Lhoknga factories, which have successfully earned the 2024 PROPER Gold Award from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, particularly in the areas of Eco-Innovation, Social Innovation, and Social Return on Investment (SROI).
