SBI remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting the government in improving public facilities with sustainable, eco-friendly solutions, known as green solutions.
One of the latest green solution projects undertaken by the company is the construction of drainage systems and pedestrian walkways in South Jakarta’s bustling business district. SBI has once again been entrusted by the Jakarta Public Works Agency to enhance the capital’s public facilities. This project, located on Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said (from Setiabudi One Building to Bakrie Park), uses one of our flagship eco-friendly solutions, DekoCrete, covering a work volume of 680 m². The project commenced in late May 2024 and is scheduled for completion by November 22, 2024.
In addition to DekoCrete, the project incorporates natural andesite stone, with a volume of 1,727 m². This combination enhances the western side of Jalan H.R. Rasuna Said, making it more visually appealing and environmentally friendly. DekoCrete utilizes non-OPC cement and concrete, specifically PwrPro hydraulic cement, aligning with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing’s directive to use non-OPC cement in construction projects under its purview.
Currently in its final stages, the project has demonstrated that its quality meets all required specifications, underscoring the reliability of eco-friendly construction materials.
What is DekoCrete?
DekoCrete is a decorative paving solution designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, tailored to the specific designs envisioned by architects. Its features and versatility include the ability to mimic natural stone, expose aggregates, offer slip-resistant color combinations, and include PolishCrete for smooth, polished surfaces.
