President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen, obtained his Bachelor degree and Master of Water Resources Engineering from Roorkee College of Engineering, India.
On May 31, 2024, Mr Prijo Sambodo was appointed as the President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Previously, he held positions as:
- Commissioner of PT Tata Guna Patria Engineering.
- Head of the Cimanuk Cisanggarung River Basin Center for the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works.
- Executive Board of the Indonesian National Committee of Bendungan Besar
- Independent Commisioner of the PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk
